The villa has been modernised to offer a very
comfortable and spacious holiday home in the Algarve.
 
The villa has a large 11x5m swimming pool
surrounded by a tiled terrace, a pretty garden with lawn and flowering shrubs;
an outdoor dining area, sun beds and cushions, sun umbrellas and a Barbeque.
Beyond the formal garden is a fruit orchard with lemons, oranges, figs,
banana's, nectarines and apricot trees.
 
The large fully fitted kitchen has many appliances
including: washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave and a gas cooker.
The spacious and attractively furnished lounge has a log burning stove, satellite TV and
video, Hi-fi system. Patio doors lead to the pool area.
 
Casa Rosa has 5 bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes,
ceiling fans and radiators. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom and Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a shower room.
Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5 are all twin bedded rooms. All living and sleeping areas
are on one floor with stairs up to a roof terrace.
A
welcome pack may be ordered which includes: fresh
bread, butter, eggs, bottled water, sliced ham, cheese sugar, fresh milk, orange
juice, apple juice, beer, wine and jam.
The journey from Faro airport takes approx 20 minutes and from Lisbon airport takes approx 2 hours. It is necessary to hire a car
due to the remote location of the villa.
The sea is about 15 minutes drive away and there are a variety of beaches to choose from- The large tourist beach of Falesia or smaller coves such as Olhas d'aqua.
Algarve shopping (A big shopping mall (with Continente Supermarket) is about 15 minutes drive and Loule's Modelo is about a 10 minute drive. The small village of Boliquieme is just a 5 minute drive where there is a well stocked Ali-Super with fresh bread, vegetables etc, a Cash Machine, a pharmacy and Post Office.
There are 2 water parks locally, "Atlantico and Aquashow"
both within a 15 minute drive. A Roman Villa in Vilamoura is within a 15 minute drive,
and within a 30 minute drive there is Crazy Golf, Zoo marine, Silves Castle. Tennis
courts and Golf courses are available in Vilamoura and water sports are available at the
larger beaches.

The villa is available for out of season long weekends, at a typical rate of
